Title: Co-ordination and Harmonisation of GRZ/Donor Practices for Aid Effectiveness in Zambia
Description: The spirit of this understanding follows on from the work of the OECD/ DAC , the resolutions of the Monterrey Consensus (2002), the Rome Declaration on Harmonisation (2003), and the Strategic Partnership with Africa (SPA). It has been further developed in Zambia through the Harmonisation in Practice Initiative (HIP) and the HIP Framework of Actions (2003), and the World Bank Report on Donor Co-ordination (2003).
